Voltage regulation of DC micro grid system using PV and battery coupled SEPIC converter

<span lang="EN-US">This paper deals with the voltage regulation of DC micro grid system using photovoltaic and battery coupled single-ended primary-inductor converter (SEPIC) converter. SEPIC is a DC-to-DC boost converter, it can produce non pulsating current less ripples when compared to buck converters. Non demanding condition required in maximum power point tracking (MPPT) applications charging. This presents simulation converters for both open closed loop systems. Firstly, proposed PV are integrated regulate grid, conventional methods terms output voltage, ripple power. The has been reduced 0.1 V from 0.3 method. Secondly, PI PID controllers employed individually system. performance analysis done time domain specifications, reveals that controller better response. simulated MATLAB/Simulink prototype developed verify results.</span>
